YGU41S,11S Plunger Valve This kind of valve can be used as an initiating and closing device for the medium flow of the medium pipelines of steam, gas, water, oil, acid, alkali, and ammonium in various trades; its maximal working temperature can reach as high as 300℃. It has the distinctive features of nice tight-sealing, long life span, easy to be maintained and lightness in manipulation. It can directly be used in place of cut-off valves, and therefore it shows significant effects in stopping escaping, puking, dripping,leaking etc for energy saving.

When the hand wheel is rotated, the plunger should be moved through the valve rod, causing it to move up and down repeatedly in the tightly-sealed rings. Thus the opening and closing of the valve is accomplished. If leakage of

the valve takes place frequently, the valve should be placed in the position of closing, the nut should the tightened on the cover of the valve in order to eliminate it; If it couldn't eliminate by this method, a new tight-closing ring should be replaced. This valve is not permitted to be used at the position where it works with frequent alternation of hot and cold media.

When it used in the steam pipe path, the rule pressure grade should select "degrade-used", That is, the pressure of valve DN 1.6MPA, work pressure should less than 1.0MPA; Meanwhite, the diameter is DN40 or higher valve should select the install way "high in low out" to improve the safety of use.

Model YGGU41S high temperature plunger valve and Model YGU41S are the same in structure. Its maximum operating temperature can reach as high as 450℃ as the special sealing material is used.
